it's official!!

a little bit of sweet is now officially in business!

While this process started last May, all the hoops and ladders have been successfully maneuvered and let the baking begin!

Currently the menu is limited to biscotti (for the first month at least) as logistics and routine are developed.

Starting tomorrow, three flavors of biscotti, almond amaretto, mocha white chip and hazelnut milk chip will be available for purchase at both Cooper's Coffeehouse locations in Portland, Oregon. These flavors are fan favorites, though we will be adding more to the rotation including toffee milk chip, lemonberry and seasonal specials!

In addition to our distribution to coffee shops, the next item of business is applications to farmers markets - stay tuned!
