For munching and dunking, these twice-baked cookies are a little bit of sweet!

As the inaugural 'sweet', this recipe has been used for nearly 7 years . . . and never grows old. These biscotti are hand-formed and made in small batches to maintain our high standards.

Our apologies to those with nut allergies as biscotti by a little bit of sweet do contain almonds and hazelnuts in every batch. As staple ingredients, they add to the cookie's texture and provide a wonderful base for flavor creations such as hazelnut milk chip and almond amaretto.

Who knew you could sell food on etsy?! Well, this was discovered sometime near the end of last year and it has since been in the plans to create a shop once the kitchen to rent was found . . . and it is now here!


It is still a work in progress, but looks to be a good start :) Right now, there is just got a sampling of items listed to get the hang of it . . . and there will be posts for each item coming up!

In addition to the items listed on etsy, there is an 'alchemy' option that allows people to request bids for custom projects. This would be great for anyone looking for handmade, edible wedding favors {hint hint!}

While etsy will be a great online venue for sales, one minor detail is that everyone needs to sign up and become a member . . . this is great for the handmade community, but there are worries that it may discourage some from making a purchase . . . well, let's hope for the best!

Today we just received notice that a little bit of sweet was accepted at the Beaverton Farmers Market! Cheers!

This is an incredible next step towards getting our name and our goodies out there to local Portlanders, as well as further product development!

Initially, we will feature biscotti and marshmallows at the market, with hopes to include chocolates in the fall - yum, yum!

Opening day is May 9th and hopefully we'll see you out there!
